Ordering, Returns & General Policies – PetStreak
Placing an Order
Customers can place orders on PetStreak without creating an account. Guest checkout is available to keep the process quick and simple. Creating an account is optional and may help customers track previous orders, save information for future purchases, and receive faster support when needed.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
After an order is submitted, requests for changes or cancellations must be made before 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) on the same business day. Once an order enters processing, it can no longer be modified or cancelled. This ensures accurate preparation and timely dispatch.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Window
Eligible returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of confirmed delivery. Returned items must:
Be unused
Be in original condition
Include original packaging and order reference
Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for approval.
Return Shipping Responsibility
If a return or exchange is requested due to customer preference, the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
If the issue is confirmed to be the result of an error by PetStreak (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item), return shipping costs are covered by us.
Exchanges
Exchanges are offered when stock is available.
Items must be approved and returned first.
Replacement items are shipped after inspection.
Store-error exchanges are re-shipped at no cost.
If a replacement is unavailable, a refund is issued instead.
Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, customers should contact PetStreak within 24–48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos. Each request is reviewed before approval. Damage caused after delivery due to misuse, accidents, or improper handling is not eligible for return or refund.
Inspection & Refund Processing
Returned items are inspected after arrival. Once approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment provider. No restocking fees are charged on approved returns.

PetStreak ships within the United States only.
Order preparation: 1–2 business days
Delivery transit: 4-6 business days
Estimated total delivery time: 4-6 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may change due to carrier delays, weather, or peak demand. Tracking details are sent by email once an order ships.
Payments
Payments are charged immediately after successful authorization at checkout. Accepted payments include secure electronic methods displayed during checkout. Payment information is processed through encrypted systems. PetStreak does not store full card or sensitive payment details. If a payment fails, customers may try another approved payment method or contact their bank for assistance.
Privacy & Data Use
Customer information is used only to process orders, provide support, and improve store operations. PetStreak does not sell or rent personal data. Limited information is shared only with service providers required for payments, shipping, and legal compliance. Customers may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data where permitted by law.
Pricing Accuracy & Updates
If a pricing error is identified, the order may be cancelled and refunded before fulfillment. Policies may be updated over time. The latest versions are always available on the website.
Customer Support
Support is available during business hours for help with orders, shipping, returns, or general questions. Customers are guided clearly through the appropriate steps based on their request.
